VEHICLE IS PAID FOR AND PICKED UP (PICKUP USUALLY TAKES 1-3 DAYS). YOUR VEHICLE WILL ARRIVE WITH A TEMPORARY TAG GOOD FOR YOUR TO DRIVE ON FOR TWENTY DAYS UNTIL YOU TRANSFER TITLE AND REGISTER IN YOUR STATE. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE. The
buyer will bear the entire expense of repairing or correcting any defects
that may presently exist or that may occur in the vehicle. RAMSCO
ENTERPRISES LLC shall not have any responsibility for
consequential damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use,
loss of time, loss of profits, or income, or any other
incidental damages with respect to any defect or malfunction or
unfitness or other deficiency of this vehicle. RAMSCO ENTERPRISES LLC makes
no warranties, representation or assurances that the motor vehicle contains
only original manufacturer installed or manufacturer rebuilt components,
parts or accessories. No representations or warranties are made by seller,
nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by bidders in making
bids. Manufacturers' warranties may still apply. An

- If you do not see the manual, floor mats,
spare keys, or other accessories in our photographs, the vehicle may not
come with them.
- Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE unless the vehicle
fails to meet your or your agents personal on-site inspection, deposits on
vehicles not purchased are applied towards the significant costs of
paperwork and title production, vehicle relisting fees, and lost dealership
productivity.
- We provide complimentary airport pick up should you prefer to pick up
your vehicle in Houston. Whenever possible, please fly into George Bush
Intercontinental IAH airport as we are only 30 minutes away.
- All buyers are required to pay a $150.00 Dealer Service fee which
includes a documentation fee, an administrative fee, an Express Mail fee, a
Temporary Tag, and the Texas Vehicle Inventory Tax. Inventory tax is
.002133% of the purchase price (i.e. - $21.33 per $10,000.00).
- There is a $49.00 Vehicle Prep fee which includes detailing the vehicle,
inspecting the vehicle, and checking the tires and fluids prior to the
shipment or sale of the vehicle.
- Our Dealer Service Fee and Vehicle Preparation Fee are collected by
Ramsco Enterprises and are not required by law.
- Texas (in-state) buyers are required to pay 6.25% sales tax, $33.00
Title fee, and a $65.00 registration fee for tags and inspection sticker.
(registration fees may vary).
- These vehicles are USED vehicles and are not new. Please expect a
certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All
used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches and any
other marks associated with the use consistent with age and mileage of the
vehicle.
- Please be advised that RAMSCO ENTERPRISES, LLC is the actual seller
of this vehicle. We are a legal registered dealer in the state of Texas.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will make it right
or refund your money minus the cost of shipping if applicable.
- All of our sales are final, so DO NOT bid unless you fully understand
the terms and you are serious about purchasing our vehicle.
The winning bid is not an invitation to see the car so INSPECTIONS ARE
WELCOME BEFORE AUCTION ENDS.
- Please be advised that when you bid, you are entering a legally
binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If
you do not intend to purchase this item, DO NOT BID! Unqualified bidding,
auction interference, and any form of harassment will be subject to legal
prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE ABLE TO
PAY CASH OR HAVE PRE-APPROVED LOANS OR FINANCING AVAILABLE BEFORE BIDDING ON

- All bidders must agree that the seller reserves the right to cancel
bids and end the auction of a vehicle at any time. Bidders must also agree
that the seller shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.
- In some cases titles are subject to a two week waiting period in order
to be transferred, or to be signed off and overnighted to the buyer. Any and
All vehicles being sold are guaranteed to have original and authentic titles

- All buyers are required to make a $1,000.00 deposit within 24 hours of
the end of auction. Wire transfers, money orders, cashier's checks and
certified funds are accepted for the deposit. WE
DO NOT ACCEPT PAY PAL DEPOSITS. The rest of the balance must
be paid in full within 5 days
after the end of auction by cashier's check, money order, cash or wire
transfer.
- All vehicles are sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY expressed or implied.
However, 99% of our vehicles still have the remaining factory warranty or an
extended warranty may be purchased. Ask for details.
- The seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this
vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or
authorized service centers after winning the auction ($1,000.00 deposit required,
refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All vehicles are
available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL
fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion.
- In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or
lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving
the original instruments up to two weeks from the time we pay a vehicle off.
While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are
occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive.
- We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles, and all sales are
through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas. Titles will be
sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking.
- Thank you for your patience and understanding. We will contact
the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. You must
respond by phone or email within twenty-four (24) hours to confirm your
intention to buy. The $1,000.00 deposit must be received within 48 hours of the
auction's closing at the latest, and the sale must be completed within 5
business days after the auction closes (please notify us for any
exceptions). If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the deposit is
not received within this time frame, we reserve the right to re-list this
vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
