-All of our sales are final, so DO NOT bid unless you fully understand the terms and you are serious about purchasing our vehicle. We welcome third-party inspections, but we prefer you do them BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS!
-Please be advised that when you bid, you are entering a legally binding contract to purchase the vehicle described above. If you do not intend to purchase this item, DO NOT BID! Unqualified bidding, auction interference, and any form of harassment will be subject to legal prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. ALL BIDDERS MUST BE ABLE TO PAY CASH OR HAVE PRE-APPROVED LOANS OR FINANCING AVAILABLE BEFORE BIDDING ON OUR VEHICLES
-All bidders must agree that the seller reserves the right to cancel bids and end the auction of a vehicle at any time. Bidders must also agree that the seller shall not be held liable for any such cencellation.
-All titles are subject to a 21 day waiting period in order to be transferred (for in-state residents only), or to be signed off and overnighted to the buyer by the seller. Any and All vehicles being sold are guaranteed to have original and authentic titles (more detail below).
-All buyers are required to make a $1000.00 deposit within 48 hours of the end of auction. Wire transfers, money orders, cashier's checks and certified funds are accepted for the deposit. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL for deposits. The rest of the balance must be paid in full within 5 days after the end of auction by cashier's check, money order, cash or wire transfer.
-All vehicles are sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY unless expressed.
-The seller has disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. We welcome pre-purchase, onsite inspections by competent parties or authorized service centers after winning the auction ($1000 deposit required, refundable if the car does not match the descriptions). All vehicles are available for inspection by appointment only. Buyer is responsible for ALL fees and charges for inspections made at buyer's discretion.
-All buyers are required to pay a $275.00 (documentary fee, administration fee, detailing fee, temporary tag, title fedex fee, and vehicle Inventory Tax). Inventory tax is .2469% of the purchase price (i.e. - $24.69 per $10,000).
">-Texas (in-state) buyers are required to pay 6.25% sales tax, $33.00 Title fee, and a $65.00 registration fee for tags (registration fees may vary).
-In the State of Texas, titles to vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In many cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles, and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Texas. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
-We will contact the successful high bidder by email after the auction closes. You must respond by phone or email within twenty-four (48) hours to confirm your intention to buy. The $1000 deposit must be received within 48 hours, the sale must be completed within three 5 days after the auction closes (please notify us for any exceptions). If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the deposit is not received within 3 days, we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer.
